Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the services committed for a particular booking. Hotels, flights, vessels, private charters, special events and other suppliers may impose their own non-refundable or time-sensitive terms. The cancellation schedule stated in your confirmed quotation or booking confirmation governs your reservation.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Where a refund is due, already-issued tickets, non-refundable supplier commitments, bank charges or other costs permitted by the confirmed booking terms may be deducted.

If Nile Experience must materially change or cancel a confirmed service, we will explain the available alternative, credit or refund position under the terms applying to that booking.
