Booking Terms

Booking requests are reviewed personally before confirmation. A website request, estimated total, saved itinerary or acknowledgement email is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking becomes binding only when Nile Experience issues a written confirmation after verifying the relevant services, dates and commercial terms.

Your proposal or confirmation identifies the services included, price basis, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any supplier-specific conditions that apply to that reservation. Those booking-specific terms take priority if they differ from general website guidance.

Travellers are responsible for supplying accurate names, contact details and information reasonably required to operate the trip. Please review all confirmation documents promptly and report errors before tickets or non-refundable services are issued.
